Our home is your home! You’ll love this place because it is clean and cozy. Newly renovated throughout PLUS a game room. The home is equipped to make your stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. Great spaces to hang out or just relax. Neutral decor throughout.

3 Smart/Roku TVs located in living room, master bedroom and game room, for you to login to your own streaming services. Fast Wifi throughout.

Game Room features a TV, Foosball table, Air Hockey table, magnetic dartboard. If you need to get a workout in during your stay feel free to use the elliptical machine and yoga mat provided.

Fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to enjoy. *NEW in Jan ’24 – granite countertops in kitchen! Coffee bar features complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

**NEW! Private backyard now features a patio with firepit and 4 rocking chairs!

All bed linens are provided along with shampoo and conditioner. Washer and dryer are available for your use in the very clean, not scary basement.

Cleanliness is our top priority. All towels, linens, quilts and blankets are cleaned between every guest.

Sleeping accommodations for 5 include 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 twin air mattress, if requested.

Muncie features an array of restaurants, breweries and fun activities. One minute away from the nearest grocery store. Easy access to everything Muncie has to offer!

Guest access

Large driveway available for your convenience. Check yourself in with the keypad/smart lock, code changes with every guest. You will have the entire home to yourself.
